Warehouse KAIZEN in processes like Receiving, Shelving, Picking and Delivery means always minimizing inventory and labor costs while ensuring JIT serviceability and supply quality at intended costs to the customer since high inventory and labor means waste. Both are increasing interest payments, absorbing space and are generating several other costs for transporting, cleaning, storing etc. They are to be reduced or possibly eliminated.
